February 5, 2008--A St. Augustine woman, Tina Williams, pulled over when a deputy saw her run a red light had a case of beer belted in her front seat, but a young child unrestrained in the back, according to the arrest report. Williams failed a field sobriety test but refused to take a Breathalyzer. Heroes: Adrian Pasdar Charged with DUI

At the time of his January 27 arrest, the former Heroes star refused to take a breathalyzer after the police detected the smell of alcohol coming from his vehicle as they approached. His bail was set at the high rate of $15,000.

Now that the Heroes actor has officially been charged, he faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted. Pasdar, who's married to Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines, is due back in court on Wednesday, February 24.
